Energy Health Centre Store Questions

What are the shipping charges for ordering from your supplement website?

Energy Health Centre ships all orders via USPS two-day priority shipping. We provide tracking numbers in an email sent when the package is shipped.

How long does it take to fulfill an online order?

We ship orders every morning, Mondays – Fridays. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST are shipped the following business day. 

May I return or exchange my products?

Supplements may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and proof of purchase is required. Products may be returned to our Fort Worth or Colleyville Energy Health Centre offices. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Loyalty Program Questions

What is the Energy Health Centre loyalty program?

The Energy Health Centre loyalty program is our way of saying “Thank you” for supplement and service purchases
at Energy Health Centre.
How do I sign up for the program?
You are automatically enrolled at the time of your purchase starting November 1, 2015.
How does the program work?
You earn one loyalty point for each dollar spent toward Energy Health Centre supplements or services. Supplement
points are acquired at the end of each product transaction. Every 200 points equals a $5.00 discount, but you can
use the incremental discount at any time. You do not have a threshold to reach or maintain to keep your loyalty
points active. And there is no expiration on points! What you earn, you keep.
Do I have to carry a discount card or remember a customer number?
No – we have made it very simple for you, all your points are linked to your name in our computer system.
How do I keep track of and redeem my points?
The points will automatically accrue and be available for redemption on your next purchase. You earn and spend
without having to remember totals or points. We will tell you what you have available at the time of purchase and
ask if you would like to redeem points. Online purchases will see the total amount of points available at checkout.
Can I use my loyalty points on supplements on special that month?
Certainly! Loyalty points are redeemable on all of our supplements.
What if I return a product? Do I get to keep my points earned on that product?
No. Points earned on the original purchase will be deducted from your loyalty account. You will only get points for
purchased products and redeemed services.
Will I be able to get loyalty points for services?
Yes, only at Energy Health Centre. There are no loyalty points for medical visits at FEM Centre. There are various
opportunities to earn loyalty points on services such as Nutrition visits, Inch Loss Laser treatments, and other
services. There will also be special promotions for referrals, booking multiple appointments, package
purchases…stay tuned for these exciting opportunities to earn more points. You earn points at the time of each
rendered service.
Can I get cash back instead of using the Loyalty Points?
No, there is no cash value for the loyalty points.
Do I get credit for my previous purchases?
Unfortunately, there is no way to track previous purchases for loyalty point credits.
Can points be transferred to a spouse, friend, or family member?
No, points are non-transferrable and must reside with the original holder.
Digital Infrared Vascular and Thermal Imaging Questions
What is Digital Infrared Vascular and Thermal Imaging?
Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) is a non-contact, noninvasive procedure for visualizing the body's physiologic response ? and there are no risks or side effects. Thermal patterns are displayed on the skin and then detected by the infrared sensor on the camera. It is interpreted as temperature data and then transmitted to the computer, where all images are stored as pictures. All information is correlated to the client's main area of complaint or symptoms. By detecting thermal asymmetry, thermal imaging offers the physician an added dimension to the diagnostic picture, detecting neurological and vascular information not available on x-ray.
Is thermal imaging covered by my insurance?
No, but if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a flexible spending account you may be able to use those accounts. Check with your insurance company.
Are there special instructions for thermal imaging appointments?
Yes, please see the information listed at the bottom of the Breast Health information page on this website or view the instructions listed in client forms.
How long does a thermal imaging appointment take?

30 minutes

How do I get my thermal imaging results?

You will need to schedule a follow-up appointment for 2 - 3 weeks after your thermographic imaging appointment.

Does thermographic imaging take the place of a mammogram?

No. Thermal imaging is not designed to replace the mammogram, but, when used in conjunction with a mammogram, is a powerful screening tool to help identify physiologic changes in the breast allowing for early intervention.


Nutritional Guidance and Weight Managment Questions

Are appointments with the nutritionists covered by my insurance?

We do not file nutrition visits on your insurance, but if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a flexible spending account you may be able to use those accounts.

Do I need to make an appointment to see the Nutritionist?

Yes, but appointments are usually available the same day.

What is the cost of the first appointment and of follow-up appointments?

New patients appointments are $60.00 and follow up appointments are $35.00.

What is the cost of the first appointment and of follow-up appointments?

New patients appointments are $70.00 and basic 30min follow up appointments are $40.00, advanced 45min follow up appointments are 50.00. After your first visit, your Nutritionist will determine which follow-up you need.

What should I bring to my nutritionist visit?

Please bring any medications (over-the-counter and prescription), vitamins, and supplements you are currently taking. Also, please download, print, and fill out the five pages of your Energy Health Centre new patient paperwork ahead of time. This will you save time during your visit. Energy Health paperwork can be found under "Services" - "Client Forms".
