Inch Loss Laser

Let our Laser Technicians help you choose the right package for your needs by booking a FREE consultation today!
How Does it Work?
We use low-level (cold) laser technology to painlessly melt fat within the fat cells. The fat is released through pores in the cell and is then processed naturally through the lymphatic system.  The process is similar to exercise. When a person exercises, triglycerides are released from the fat cells. The more exercise, the smaller the fat cells (adipocytes) become. Our inch loss laser works in the same fashion by pulling the triglycerides from the fat cells.  This results in millions of fat cells becoming smaller, so inches are reduced off the waist, hips, thighs, and other treated areas. The fat cells are not injured in any way by this process, but are merely shrunk in size.
It's non-invasive, painless, and there's no downtime for recovery!

Breast Health Screening

At Energy Health Center, we offer safe, easy, informative screening tests to aid in the early detection of breast health issues. Because no single method of testing can determine the cause of all physical problems, we strive to have the most cost-effective means for helping patients be more educated about their breast health and make informed choices for additional testing and treatment, if necessary. Breast thermography tests are conducted in the Energy Health Centre offices. Safe, Easy, Informative Tests for Early Detection of Breast Health Issues:

What is breast thermography?

Infrared thermography has been in use in medical diagnostics since the 1960s, and in 1982 was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an adjunctive tool for the diagnosis of breast disease. Cancer and other diseases alter body temperature and blood supply, producing inflammation. Breast thermography helps create a visual “map” of the heat patterns and vascularity of breast tissue. The thermal patterns detected by the camera’s infrared sensor are collected as temperature data and transmitted to the computer. The images are then analyzed to determine if breasts appear to be at risk for disease and if further testing, such as a breast sonogram or MRI, is recommended. Annual breast thermography is recommended for women of all ages and health levels. It is an adjunctive screening tool to help aid in the early detection of changes in breast health. Breast thermography is not a substitute for mammography and should not be used as a stand alone test for breast cancer screening or diagnosis.

Why choose breast thermography?

Thermography may be a useful tool for:

Women with dense breast tissue

Women with breast implants

Women establishing a baseline of their breast health

Younger women not yet scheduling annual mammograms

Women with a history of breast disease or with a family history of breast disease

Thermography may aid in:

·        Detection of thermal indicators as they relate to infection, inflammation, tumor activity, or fibrocystic disease

·        Determining thermal indications of blood vessel significance that may require further medical evaluation

Since 2005, Joseph F. McWherter, MD, and Gayla Campbell, RNC, WHNP, have used thermography to help support women’s breast health.

Their experience with thermography enables them to use this screening tool to help identify early characteristics of breast disease, thus allowing patients to gain increased knowledge and choices in treatment, if needed.

What should you expect at your thermogram?
A breast thermogram appointment takes about 30 minutes to complete. You will be taken to a private room where you will undress from the waist up and wait a few minutes to allow your body to cool to room temperature. Your thermogram will be performed by a female technician. This radiation-free, contact-free screening is designed to respect your health, modesty, and comfort.

How do I prepare for a thermogram?
Because thermograms measure heat, exposure to outside sources of heat and irritation influences the accuracy of measurements. Please follow the important instructions below prior to your thermogram. Failure to follow these instructions will require a rescheduling of your appointment.

Important Instructions
At least 24 hours before your appointment:

Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds

On the day of your appointment:
Avoid exercise, bathing, shaving, lotions, antiperspirant, deodorant, anti-inflammatory tablets and creams, and all hot beverages and hot food until after your thermogram appointment.
